Drew Technologies is working with Elektrobit to
offer a GPS Navigation add-on for DashDAQ that
includes turn-by-turn navigation, voice guidance,
2D/3D views, and more. Elektrobit
offers as turn-by-turn GPS application
with many cutting edge features that is compatible
with multiple platforms, including Linux. Here are some GPS
screenshots from Elektrobit's software.
Kit Description
The GPS Navigation Kit
will be sold separately and compatible with all DashDAQ
Series II units sold. The GPS navigation kit will
include a RS232 GPS module and the Elektrobit GPS
Software on an MMC card. This hit is planned to be
available March 31st, 2008.
